You gotta love it when kids try to use phrases that they have heard adults use. Take little Annie, my nine year old sister, who has her own take on a wellworn disclaimer:
I'd love to see his face when you say that. I sometimes use Rosie's remark on the way out the door after a hard week, "I am glad to be going. I don't want to be here anymore."

"So Dr. D, not to be the terror of bad news, but do you realise you're a half hour behind?" :-)
